Exploring different materials!

For our science lesson, we went to the fields to explore different materials. We felt different materials and explained what they feel like. We used words like rough, hard, soft, flexible and wrote them down into our books.

We had fun exploring the outdoor environment.

Cinderlla Went To The Ball!

A huge Well Done to Class 1C! You worked really hard to put together an fantastic assembly.  The children learnt their lines really well; a huge Thank you to parents for your help. Really talented children; good facial expressions, singing and acting.

A Fantastic assembly presented by the children in 1C.

Maths Lesson on Capacity!

We had an enjoyable maths lesson working in the outdoor environment looking at capacity. We looked at how much water the bowls can hold and compared which bowl holds the least or most water.  We also used measuring jugs to measure water using the unit millimetres.

Can you see which bowl holds the least or most?
